Normal Servicing
We check the air filter, grills, and exterior parts are cleaned and the other operating parameters such as the gas pressure, running ampere and temperature are checked.
Chemical Wash
We check the air conditioner is dismantled for the condenser and evaporator coils to be cleaned with alkaline-based solutions.
Chemical Overhaul
Chemical overhaul is a process of thoroughly cleaning and reconditioning an air conditioner.
Gas Top up
An aircon gas top up is an option to re-fill the refrigerant storage unit with the chemical gas coolant used by your air-conditioner.

Our Job Scope:
- Lubricates fan bearings to make sure the unit operates quietly without producing any noise
- Checks thermostats and controls of the unit
- Cleans pipes, blower wheel and drain pans with appropriate chemicals
- Cleans fan evaporator coil to facilitate smooth transfer of heat without the build up of dust and grime
- Replaces faulty bearings and eliminates operational noise
